| Directions for use | Take 2-3 tablets daily with some water. You can do this throughout the day during the first few days of menstruation. With a regular cycle, we recommend starting one or two days before menstruation. Always take one tablet per dose. To make swallowing easier, you can halve the tablet and take it in two parts. |
| Ingredients | Plant extracts: yarrow (Achillea millefolium) 20%; raspberry leaf (Rubus idaeus) 11%; fillers (calcium phosphates, calcium carbonate, cellulose); strengthening agent (cross-linked cellulose gum); glazing agent (magnesium stearate); anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide); iron fumarate. |
