| Directions for use | In periods of stress and tension: take 1-2 tablets 3 times a day with some water. At tense moments such as driving exams, a visit to the dentist or giving a presentation: take 2 tablets 1 hour before and 30 minutes before the moment of stress again 1 tablet with some water. For children's dosage: see instructions for use Do not exceed the indicated dose. A varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important.
