| Directions for use | At times when you experience stress, spray 5 times in your mouth. The spray helps quickly. For faster absorption, you can spray under your tongue. Adults and children over 12 years: spray 5 times in the mouth as needed, 1-3x per day. Children from 6 to 11 years: spray 2 times in the mouth as needed, 1-3x per day. |
