| Directions for use | Place 1 measuring spoon of Himalayan salt in the Netipot and fill it with warm water (37 degrees). Stir the salt until it is dissolved. Put the Neti pot in your nose and tilt your head to the side. Open the mouth and breathe only through the mouth, no longer through the nose. Start with the nostril that is least clogged. The saline solution automatically flushes out of the other nostril due to the pressure. This feeling takes some getting used to. Consume about half of the contents and apply the Netipot to the other nostril and repeat the rinse. |
| Important information | Always rinse with warm water after use so that no salt residues remain in the Netipot. The Netipot is dishwasher safe but not suitable for the oven or microwave. Store dry with the opening downwards. |
