| Directions for use | As a dietary supplement or maintenance dose: Take 2 tablets 3 times a day before meals with plenty of water. As a daily dose: day 1: 2 tablets 3 times a day before meals, day 2: 3 tablets 3 times a day, day 3: 4 tablets 3 times a day, day 4: 6 tablets 3 times a day. Use this dosage for as long as you need it. Then reduce the dosage per day to a daily use of 2 tablets 3 times a day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. |
