| Directions for use | Babies and small children (up to 2 years): hold the spray head against the nostril without inserting it. Spray a maximum of 1 time in each nostril, 2 to 4 times a day. Children (from 2 years) and adults: insert the spray head into the nostril. Spray 1 to 2 times in each nostril, up to 4 times a day. |
