| Directions for use | Infants and toddlers (up to 2 years): 1 spray in each nostril as needed. Adults and children (over 2 years): 1-2 sprays in each nostril as needed. The usual frequency is 2-4 times a day per nostril. |
| Ingredients | Otrivin Saline Nasal Spray is an isotonic saline solution containing 0.74% sodium chloride. The spray also contains a preservative (benzalkonium chloride) and purified water. |
